Welcome to CMIlink. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our coaching integration platform, particularly in relation to Google Workspace data.
2. Data We Collect
When you authorize CMIlink via Google OAuth, we collect and process the following information:
- Google Profile: Your name and email address to identify your account.
- Calendar Data: We access your Google Calendar events (titles, start/end times, and descriptions).
- Tokens: We securely store OAuth refresh tokens to maintain your connection without requiring repeated logins.
3. Google Limited Use Disclosure
CMIlink's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use your data for advertising purposes.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your Google Calendar data strictly for the following purposes:
- Displaying your upcoming coaching sessions on your CMIlink dashboard.
- Preventing scheduling conflicts across your connected accounts.
- Facilitating the generation of meeting links for session management.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings. If you choose to delete your CMIlink account, all associated tokens and cached calendar metadata will be permanently deleted from our PostgreSQL database.
6. Security
Your security is our priority. We store all authentication tokens in encrypted secrets via Google Cloud Secret Manager. Your data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections at all times.
